Great Openings is the dealer sales division of Metalworks, Inc., located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Ludington, Michigan. Our company has provided quality metal filing and storage products to the office furniture industry for almost 30 years.
Metalworks/Great Openings is a family-run company with three manufacturing facilities, all located within 25 miles of each other in beautiful Northern Michigan. Our 320 employees are dedicated to building and shipping reliable, “Made in America” quality office furniture.
All of our products are built-to-order. This enables us to quickly and efficiently manufacture, paint, and assemble exactly the product you need, when you need it. Great Openings is pleased to offer 55 standard colors, all at standard lead times and price. We are able to match virtually any special color. LEAN manufacturing and ISO 9001 guide us in achieving the very best efficiency and quality.
